Full strip out, alteration and refurbishment of Bentinck Road (GF) to create 5no. apartments; strip out, reconfiguration including news walls and ceilings, M&E works throughout, supply and installation of Shower Room suites and Kitchens, finishes throughout and external works.

Works/Services provided:

▪ Internal demolition/strip-out works; finishes, services, ceilings and walls for reconfiguration
▪ Supply and installation of new steels where load bearing walls removed
▪ New partitioning, ceilings and plastering throughout including lining of external walls for improved thermal performance
▪ Joinery works throughout; new door sets, skirtings, etc  
▪ Employment of incumbent providers for new incoming supplies; Western Power and Severn Trent
▪ New services throughout; Heating & Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Alarm and CCTV
▪ Supply and installation of shower room suites to apartments
▪ Supply and installation of Kitchens and appliances to apartments
▪ New floor finishes throughout
▪ Painting and decorating throughout
▪ External works including; boundary wall rebuild, underground drainage connections and lighting bollards
