Conversion of three 18th century agricultural buildings, within a conservation area, to two four-bed and one three-bed luxury homes for private sale. Administered through a JCT form of Design and build contract; the scheme complied with rigorous conservation and planning conditions and achieved excellent standards of thermal and acoustic performance – Contemporary living in a rural setting.
The design was developed to exceed local authority requirements, going above and beyond the remit to retain the agricultural features and character of the stone barns, delivering a residential development that is sympathetic to its countryside setting.
