Curtis began his journey with us 9 years ago through our apprenticeship framework and has since become an invaluable member of the team. His progression is a great example of our commitment to developing local talent and promoting from within.

In his new role, Curtis will oversee contractual matters including commercial risk assessment and financial reporting. He will also take a more active role in pre-construction, supporting our estimators in preparing robust tender bids.
