Vaughandale Construction are refurbishing the Banbury Building, the work involves the general refurbishment to the internal and external of the building and includes the replacement of the existing asbestos cement sheet roof with a built-up steel system. In addition, cladding of the external walls to provide additional thermal performance. Internally, the lights, ceiling and flooring will be replaced along with full redecoration after extending an existing doorway and providing a raised floor to the rodent room.


We will also be working on recladding the front elevation of the DMU building located on the Sutton Bonington site to match the Banbury Building and carrying out minor repairs and refurbishment to the changing and storage areas at the front of the building.
