Internal refurbishment/alteration works within The Barn, to improve student hub areas and usability.

Works/Services provided:

• Soft strip and disposal to area of refurb/alterations.
• Reconfiguration of rooms to suit new proposals, including new partitions, door sets and plastered finishes.
• M&E works including reconfiguration/relocation of radiators/lighting/switching, new power and neon ‘Kitchen’ signage.
• Supply and installation of new Kitchen area including low-level worktops for disabled access.
• Supply and installation of bespoke ‘scaffolding partition’ to create low- and high-level workstations with new power.
• Finishes throughout on completion; including new carpets/vinyl, decoration and felt wall linings to interior design specification.
