Internal refurbishment to different areas within the Dearing Building, including the demolition of the existing reception area, removal/new partition to reconfigure rooms, new doors, new finishes, WC refurbishment and M&E upgrades.

▪ Demolition and strip out works; to reception, classroom and communal areas
▪ Reconfiguration of rooms, including removal of partitions and new partitions to suit
▪ M&E upgrades, including new lighting, power, heating and AC system
▪ New finishes throughout, including carpet/vinyl floor coverings and decorating to interior designer specification
▪ Supply and installation of architectural partitions and doors, including Komfort partitions, Komfort doors, sliding glass doors and bespoke windows
▪ Full WC refurbishments added as a variation, including strip out, new HPL cladding/cubicles, sanitaryware, light fittings, radiators and finishes
