Being involved in the design phase of the project has given such useful insight into how buildings come to life with the client and architect vision, it has been a delight to see this project through from the beginning to completion. As with all projects there are always challenges to overcome and this was no exception, however we stiil managed to complete the project on time, on budget and just before the nationwide shut down for Coronavirus, which speaks for itself and to the dedication of all involved.”

Overcoming Site Challenges in a Live Holiday Park.
One of the more complex aspects of the build was the design and installation of the swimming pool infrastructure. Vaughandale worked closely with the client to ensure that the mechanical and electrical systems were developed in line with the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by Coppergreen Developments, ensuring that the leisure building was both functional and high-quality.
Sustainable and Energy-Efficient Features.
The exterior of the building was clad in a contemporary style, featuring a range of insulated composite panels and natural timber finishes. These materials not only contribute to the building’s energy efficiency but also ensure it blends harmoniously with the natural surroundings of the park, creating a visually appealing and environmentally responsible structure.
Enhancing the Guest Experience at Woodland Lakes.
This project demonstrates Vaughandale’s ability to deliver complex commercial construction projects while respecting the needs of the surrounding environment and the people who use it.
