A design and build scheme that provided twelve new build apartments, associated infrastructure and landscaping. The units are managed by a Charitable Foundation as general needs rented housing for the over 50s. Built in a desirable residential location alongside established gardens and mature trees. The design was sympathetic to its surroundings, met the preservation requirements of local planners, and blended seamlessly into the landscape.

Works/services provided:

• Asbestos Removal. Careful Demolition of Existing dwellings on the site
• Design and construction of In-situ concrete foundations and underground drainage
• Liaison with Statutory providers and installation of all services – Gas, Water Electric
• Construction of superstructure – Masonry walls, pre-cast concrete floors, traditional timber roofs 
• Installation of Kitchens & Bathrooms. Finishes, decorations, carpeting & vinyl flooring
• Landscaping, Access steps and footpaths, fencing & car parking .
