Mental health and Wellbeing is at the heart of our company values where we strive to improve the Mental and Physical Wellbeing of our staff.

MTCT officially launched their walking football programme in 2016 with a starting cohort of 10 participants at a single weekly session. They currently have over 80 regular participants across 5 sessions, including one focused for women and one supporting people living with Parkinson’s. They recently conducted a survey, with 85% of participants who attended walking football said their confidence and self-esteem had improved.
