  • It is a policy of Vaughandale Construction Ltd that all sub-contractors must complete this questionnaire to comply with ISO 9001:2015.
  • Once approved, details are added to our in-house supplier database. This database holds all the information collected in these questionnaires and enables us to select approved sub-contractors.
  • Please complete all questions as fully as possible, giving additional information where appropriate.
  • When complete please complete the Declaration section and submit it to Vaughandale Construction Ltd.
  • All information supplied is considered private & confidential. The data will be held in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
